Frequently asked questions

01Are quotations free?

Yes. Share the problem and the job postal code, and we will confirm availability and the next step toward a free quotation.

02Do you offer a lifetime warranty?

Yes. Eligible crack repairs identified in your written agreement are covered for as long as the original customer owns the property. Covered failures are corrected without charge for the covered inspection, labour or materials. Coverage is non-transferable unless separately agreed in writing; it is not a whole-basement or structural guarantee. Read the full terms on our foundation crack repair page.

03Can repairs be done from inside?

Where the wall, crack and site conditions are suitable, an interior approach can avoid exterior excavation. Suitability needs assessment.

04Do you provide basement waterproofing too?

Yes. We assess the broader water-entry problem and can plan waterproofing together with crack repair when appropriate.

05What about a finished basement?

Tell us about drywall, insulation and other finishes. Access and any preparation or reinstatement responsibilities need to be agreed before work.

06Does a crack automatically mean structural damage?

No. A crack needs to be considered in context. Changes, displacement and the surrounding wall conditions matter; further investigation may be appropriate.

07Which areas do you cover?

Toronto, the GTA and surrounding areas. Share the property postal code so we can confirm availability for your address.

08Can I send photographs?

Yes. Email photos with your enquiry to contact@aftermathcrackfix.com. Avoid including people or sensitive documents unnecessarily. Photos help initial review but may not replace an on-site assessment.
