What needs
assessment?
Concrete moves. Water follows the weakest path. A professional assessment helps separate a straightforward waterproofing repair from a problem that needs deeper investigation.
A visible wall crack
Hairline or widening cracks can become a route for moisture and may signal movement that deserves a closer look.
Dampness after rain
Wet concrete, staining, efflorescence, or a musty smell often point to water finding a path through the foundation.
A repair that failed
If a patched crack is leaking again, the surface treatment may not have reached the full depth of the opening.
What we repair
Two services.
One dry-home goal.
Foundation crack repair
Repair suitable foundation cracks from inside your home. We assess the wall, the leak and access before recommending a repair—without exterior excavation where an interior method is suitable.

When water entry involves more than an isolated crack, we assess the wider problem. Crack repairs and waterproofing can be planned together, with the method and project scope explained in your quotation.

The repair sequence
Assessment,
repair & handover.
Assess
We inspect the crack, moisture pattern, access, and surrounding wall before recommending a repair.
Prepare
The work area is protected and the concrete is prepared so the repair system can reach the full crack.
Repair
The repair follows the assessed conditions and agreed scope. For suitable cracks, an interior approach avoids exterior excavation.
Verify
We review the completed repair, clean the space, and explain what to watch for after the work is done.
Built for peace of mind
A dry basement changes the whole house.
It protects stored belongings, finished spaces, indoor comfort, and the confidence you have in your home. Our job is to leave you with a repair you understand—not a mystery hidden behind fresh paint.

Good questions.
Straight answers.
01Do you offer a lifetime warranty?+
Yes. Eligible crack repairs identified in your written agreement are covered for as long as the original customer owns the property. Covered failures are corrected without charge for the covered inspection, labour or materials. Coverage is non-transferable unless separately agreed in writing; it is not a whole-basement or structural guarantee. Read the full terms on our foundation crack repair page.
02Is the quotation free?+
Yes. Tell us about the problem and include your job postal code to request a free quotation. We will confirm service availability and the next step.
03Can a foundation crack be repaired from inside?+
Where the crack, wall and site conditions are suitable, an interior repair can avoid exterior excavation. We assess suitability and explain the proposed method before work.
04Do you also provide waterproofing?+
Yes. Basement and foundation waterproofing is part of our offer. We assess whether an isolated crack repair, broader waterproofing work, or a combined project is appropriate before defining the scope.
05Do all foundation cracks mean structural damage?+
No. Some cracks are related to normal shrinkage, while others can indicate settlement or movement. Width, direction, displacement, and change over time all matter.
06Should I wait until the crack leaks?+
It is usually better to have a new or changing crack assessed before water causes damage. Early attention can make the repair simpler and help protect the surrounding basement finishes.
