Information in your enquiry
The form asks for your name, job postal code, phone number or email address, the type of problem and an optional message. Photos can be sent separately by email. Avoid sending sensitive documents or unnecessary personal information.
How the form works
Your enquiry is sent to our team by email through the website’s hosting and email systems. A short-lived session cookie helps protect the form against unwanted submissions. The form does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
Optional website analytics
If you accept analytics, we use Google Analytics to understand visits, traffic sources, pages viewed and interactions such as phone or email link clicks and successful quote requests. Google receives technical information such as browser/device details and cookie identifiers, and processes connection information to provide analytics. We do not send your name, contact details, job postal code, enquiry message or photos to Analytics. A phone or email click is measured separately from a submitted enquiry.
The Google tag is loaded only after you accept analytics. Advertising storage, advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in our website integration. You can reject analytics and still use the website and quotation form. Change or withdraw your choice at any time using Analytics preferences in the footer. Your choice is remembered on this browser for up to six months; analytics cookies are configured to expire after six months. Clearing browser storage resets your choice. Withdrawing consent stops further analytics collection from this browser and clears its accessible Google Analytics cookies; it does not erase data already collected.
